Adam Ciongoli

Lower Merion Constable

A Lower Merion resident since 2012, Adam Ciongoli will bring high-level law enforcement experience to the role of Constable. A former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, he previously served as a Counselor to the U.S. Attorney General and as Chief Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution.

Adam has also worked as General Counsel for three Fortune 500 companies. He is currently General Counsel and Chief Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Governance Officer at the Campbell Soup Company.

A believer in the importance of community service, Adam is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia and the National Italian American Foundation. He volunteers as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County and as an advisor to the Grayson School in Radnor.

Adam holds a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Georgetown University. He lives in Villanova with his wife and two sons.
