The Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation (TLLCCF) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to making America better by improving early care and education. Their focus is to improve the quality of programs that care for and educate children from birth through age five, and enlist and enlighten others to do the same.
“By making affordable, high-quality early care and education a priority, we are helping to ensure the children of today grow up to be productive citizens of tomorrow. The TLLCCF provides grants for programs and scholarships to child care centers, child care teachers and providers.” [1]
