- Applications: The last day to apply for a civilian absentee or mail-in ballot is 5 p.m. on the Tuesday before the election (May 26, 2020). Please note that postmarks do not apply and original applications must be received (no facsimiles or emails). The online application can be found at www.votespa.com.
- Voted Ballots: All civilian voted absentee and mail-in ballots must be returned to the County Board of Elections Office by 8 p.m. Election Day (June 2, 2020). Please note that postmarks do not apply. Voted ballots can only be dropped off in our office by the voter or qualified designated agent with proper accompanying paperwork.
